Could you present the tour and the objectives for the brand?

The 'Felt Test Tour' aims to have the public test road bikes from our lineup. We rely on our partner stores to organize the tour.

This allows us to reach consumers close to retail points and offer commercial activities to the stores.

This year, it should involve around 50 retail points across 6 countries.

How do people participate in a test day?

We announce the dates beforehand on our Digital Test Center page, and stores are also invited to share the page.

This page enables test registrations as well as the presentation of available products.

Online registration allows us to manage the flow on-site through the implementation of time slots and quotas

For on-site registrations, we also redirect clients online, eliminating paperwork and simplifying interactions.

What are the new constraints on the field due to COVID-19?

Testers are invited to wear masks and follow hygiene measures.

Regarding the equipment, we implemented a disinfection protocol. We use two tents to store bikes: one for 'ready-to-go' bikes and another for 'returned-from-tests' bikes. Upon return, we disinfect contact areas (seat, handlebars, top tube) before placing them back in the 'ready-to-test' tent.

How do you maintain a consumer connection despite distancing?

At the end of each test, we send testers an email with product information and invite them to leave a review.

These reviews are crucial to us; we ensure all are read. In some cases, we share them with product managers and development teams.
